Broken link from Dial application overview documentation to specific example of Dial with options

Overview of the Dial Application says one should look at Asterisk 13 Application_Dial as the example of how to find the detailed documentation, but Asterisk 13 has been expunged from the documentation site, so one gets a 404 page.
