Issue Description
- The tn_get_etn() function isn't releasing the etn if tn or eprofile were null.
- We're not canonicalizing TNs before using them to match configured TN objects or before adding them to Identity headers.
- There's a typo in stir_shaken.conf.sample, line 416. "endpoint_behhavior" should be "endpoint_behavior".
