🌟 Replace darglint (deprecated)

Description
Darglint is now archived.
We need to replace it with alternatives :
- https://github.com/PyCQA/pydocstyle
- https://github.com/jsh9/pydoclint
- https://pypi.org/project/darglint2/
Motivation
It would be better to use modern tools.

I will take care of it later. If someone want to do this task, feel free to open a PR / answer to this issue !
