Add actions to automatically increase the badge version when creating a GH release
Forget the badge version, I think this is a bad idea.
We can't pull easily the version of the current code. And it's fine, we will have a pypi badge. Private repo will get nothing, but that's a limitation with github, not us.
Or, make a pre-commit that ensure the badge with the version contains the right version ?
