We set DISABLE_COHERENCE_CHECK=true in Coherence to allow us to continue produce E2E release builds. This work item tracks removing this condition once we start building 1.0.1 builds on the CI.

We're building 1.0.1 separately from Coherence \ our regular pipeline. We don't need to do any work here.
