Hello !

I have a fork with changes that allows for injection of http basic auth config into nginx.conf from env vars. Would you be interested in a PR ?

Also, it seems to me that the jupyter password config doesn't work ? At least I wasn't able to make it work using your env vars. I've an alternative implementation that worked for me. Would you be interested in a PR for that ?
