DonorsComplete uses the DonorsChoose.org API to filter funding requests based on how much funding is remaining on the project. This allows users to complete a project's donation request so they can feel a sense of ownership for the success of the funding campaign. The web app naturally displays the projects with the least remaining funding on the national level, but users also have the ability to search for projects near their city if they so choose. Each project displays the remaining amount to be funded, as well as some additional information about the request and some links to the project's full profile and donation page.
