provide EnvFile for Kotlin run configurations

it would be nice if it would be possible to use EnvFile in "Kotlin" run configurations too.
environment:
IntelliJ IDEA 2022.3.2 (Ultimate Edition)
EnvFile 3.4.1
sorry, did not see that EnvFile is available via an extra tab
