Env vars are not loaded in RubyMine on mac

I tried with both "Gem" command and "Rails" and the env vars from the files won't load. Tried to check "Experimental integration" but it didn't help.

RubyMine 2022.3.1
Plugin version 3.4.1
macOS Monterey 12.1 (21C52)
Chip Apple M1 Pro
Memory 16 GB
