Allow wallet switching without entering Password

Give an option for users to skip entering the password when switching wallets.
Still require passwords to send transactions.
Good for users who want to switch between wallets to view balances or copy addresses.
- Password protected by default when switching of wallets
- Gives the option to advanced users to switch off password when switching wallets
- No security is compromised for advanced users who are already on their personal and secure laptop
- Password is still required for transactions
- Gives an edge for Asgardex users to switch wallets seamlessly and quickly compared to the browser based UI
you are assuming that each wallet had the same password to encrypt the keystore. There is no way of knowing that the wallets were created with the same password, and it is very bad practice to suggest users to do this.
