Allow for multiple ccnet servers in a single instance of bvc

It would be very helpful to allow a single instance of bvc to query
multiple ccnet servers and list only the projects specified.

1.3 will have the ability to filter.

In that case, you can run two separate instances of BVC and explicitly call out 
the projects to monitor for each. 
Not exactly what you're looking for - but maybe good-enough.
