issues converting a markdown-sample file

Here is a markdown sample file which I can't convert. And the error messages are not sufficient for me to understand the reason. I don't need this file converted, but maybe it could be used to improve kramdoc (error messages, ...

In general all my markdown files, which I created manually, can be converted. So I am able to convert my "markdown based notes system" into an "asciidoc based notes system"! It is a great tool, this converter!

The issue here is that the converter does not handle the abbreviation element. That's why the message says:

undefined method `convert_abbreviation'

Here's a simple test case.
