clarification on scheduling syntax

The readme describes the following:

a [b:c:0.3,0.7]

As

• steps 0.0 - 0.3 (exclusive) = a
• steps 0.3 (inclusive) - 0.7 = a b
• steps 0.7 - 1.0 = c

I think there's a typo. Shouldn't the last be a c? Instead of just c?
