Non-unique SMWE ID in lp_hi_2_5

lp_hi_2_5 has two SMWEs with ID 1
Ditto with lp_hi_4_12, lp_hi_4_33, lp_hi_5_2, and others.
made a check for this in my own validation script, going over instances manually now lol
