Playground should auto-select first sandbox when package and component are selected/updated

Once the playground application is opened, you have to select the package, component, and sandbox to test it. To improve user experience, we can make the application to automatically select the first sandbox when the package and the component are selected. All package/component must have at least the "basic" sandbox. So it can be used as the default selection.
- Playground application should automatically select the first sandbox, with name "basic", when a package and a component are selected or updated.
Obsolete issue since the new playground does not use selections at https://next.arwes.dev/play.
