Idea for resolving bug and using newer reader version

There is a snap package which uses wine+winetricks to run newer reader versions which seems to work pretty well.
It might be possible to adopt that approach to work as a Flatpak: https://github.com/mmtrt/acrordrdc/blob/master/snap/local/src/pre-install
