Make sure generated alts are subset out of "normal" static fonts in build

Alts are created to handle the bounce/irregular axes, but they aren't needed or useful in the normal fonts – they just add file size for no benefit, and should be removed in the build.
I believe this was happening previously, but no longer is. This is a note to look into it and fix it.
