Hmm. It looks like we are using an older image of the ubuntu container that is not longer supported by GitHub actions. I will have to perform this operation manually.

The source tarballs should be up. I have updated the GitHub workflow so it should be correctly updated in the future. Thanks for informing us of this issue.
