Integrate Tenergy BTLE monkey barrel

I'm refactoring the current sample code I put together into a library (monkey barrel) that we will need to integrate into the app. Since it, and everything is uses is CIQ 3+ only, we will also need to tweak the application build script (jungle file) to exclude this code for devices that won't ever be able to talk to the probe.
done by linking files instead of using it as a barrel due to ciq 1.x devices not supporting barrels and the SDK not being able to have compile time constants to remove the dependency from the manifest.xml of the app
