Last timer on a steak-basis

Save the last timer per steak and bring that setting back to that position in the list. The idea is that people have "favorites" they cook regularly. Having this settings persisted in their app makes it straightforward to cook without even thinking about the time.
I tested all corner cases I could think of and it is working. But I may have missed something. Will close after more use and testing.
