Add the menu / button icons for devices where it's appropriate

Like what we've done for some of the device families already. For devices with hard buttons, add the appropriate scroll / menu / gear icons on the correct buttons.
made a couple of passes to enable these icons where appropriate. Added a down triangle for venu to denote swipe down to get to settings from the welcome view
