[Bug] App Version Spoofer doesn't work in Reborn Settings

Device info
- iOS/iPadOS version: iOS 17.2.1
- Device model: iPhone XR
- Sideload tool (AltStore, SideStore, Sideloadly, TrollStore,...): AltStore
- The specific version of YouTubeRebornPlus (latest or newest is NOT a version number!): v18.49.3-5.0.0 (YouTube Reborn v5 Beta 3.1)
Describe the bug
App Version Spoofer does not work in Reborn Settings, just a line of text is displayed. Although this option works in YouTubeRebornPlus settings.

- Open YouTube Reborn Settings
- Open Other Options
Crash log (if the app crashes)

Does the issue happen with the official YouTube from AppStore?
❌ No, It doesn't

The one in YouTube Reborn settings was gonna be a version that uses a TextField, and of course I didn’t do that correctly. I’ll see if I can find more ways to make this work 😅
