Host the files on Nextcloud

Since this is part of the description file for this package, namely you link to a Google Drive for people to grab the translation files, please feel free to use our free Nextcloud at https://files.trom.tf - we can provide up to 20GB of free space. Our project is trade-free and we are planning to host LibreTranslate with Argos models via our main trom.tf project. If this was not the place to post this I apologize. I just want to help, and I thought it makes sense to not use google for these files, but a free and open source alternative.
