Feature request: alternative format

hi,
When we insert the current date from the command palette, the format that has been defined in the options is used.
Sometimes I just want a date as numbers, but sometimes i'd want something more friendly like "dddd DD-MM-YYYY", etc.
Would it be possible to define several, or at least one, alternate format to be called for in the command palette ?

You can already do that with the date picker from the command palette
