Add presentation information to the guide

The presentation guide currently directs a user to our template, without additional instruction or recommendation.
This issue can be closed by a PR that adds information about preparing such presentations, getting feedback from the group, and provides some additional recommendations.
Closing because the github version of this site has the desired information.
