windows 64 bit not working

Describe the problem

Arduino-fwuploader starts then crashes.

To reproduce

download fwuploader win64 start program.

Expected behavior

the program will not open

If so, please also provide the full and exact output you see when you run Arduino Firmware Uploader from the terminal.
