cmd+b shortcut is broken

In some reason it doesn't open bookmark when I press cmd+b
Please check.

Ok in my case I was able to set shortcut manually. It would be nice to mention this case in the documentation.
maybe you had another extension installed which used that shortcut?
It's a good idea to mention in the docs that it's possible to change the shortcut, thanks.
