Problems with multibyte characters

When I type any multibyte character like ß, the cursor position gets an messed up. For example, in the previous sentence, I am unable to put the cursor on the comma, it jumps from the ß straight to the space if I hit l.
I just fixed this in vimbed. Do a git pull on vimbed and pterosaur should work correctly.
