cblrepo rm hkjhkhk should display that the package isn't there
The current behaviour, to only report observable failures, is a very deliberate choice. Why would you like that to change?
If I wanted to delete quux but only entered quu I can observe that quux wasn't deleted. I understand that technically a deletion of a non-existent key is not always a failure.
Feel free to close as wontfix if you feel it isn't worth it.
Won't fix.
