Heya, I'd like to suggest "Pulsar: Lost Colony" (https://store.steampowered.com/app/252870/PULSAR_Lost_Colony/) as "Ship Crews" (Space).
It's a mix of Bridge Crew, Barotrauma and FTL (imho).
