NJ zips are not working

[Google Code Exporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a simple form for zip and state.
2. add the script and the sample. echo the state in the state field.
3. Submit the form with any zip from New Jersey

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see NJ populated in the state form field.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest
