Aragon Nest Proposal: Decentralized Autonomous Nonprofit Organization (DANO) AutonomousWall project

Abstract

DANOs are a specialized DAO whose valuation is calculated by using Proof of Benefit or Compounded Anual Benefit Rate (CABR). Currently, valuation is being done using Proof of ROI or what is called CAGR. CAGR is an infinite agent interacting on a finite agent our planet Watch Trout's talk on DANOs

Foundups are a kind of open (anyone can join) decentralized (they happen anywhere) autonomous (self-driving) startups utilizing the blockchain that scale up to become DANOs. DANOs return 100% of their net profits back into its foundup ecosystem for launching, scaling or supporting more foundups. They also contribute their funds as directed by their soft (kind of bylaws) and hard code (kind of Articles) that is approved by an DANOs stakeholders. DANOs are built on the idea of true democracy were everyone impacted by the DANO can vote on it. The DANO's token is merely a representation of CABR valuation.

CABR or Compounded Anual Benefit Rate determines the valuation of a DANO by measuring intangibles that determine how is the DANO impacting our Planet, it's living systems and in sharing with others. Open Beneficial AI (OBAI) determines will determine the Proof of Benefit and will build on the work Olinga Taheed has done on IoV and Proof of Value.

In Sharing, DANOs will usher in Universal Basic Income, Education and medical subsidies by paying out its tokens to its stakeholders.

Launching the first DANO. We believe the AutonomousWall project possesses a great opportunity for solving America's southern wall issue with 21st-century solution while at the same time establishing America's first DANO. Watch the explainer video

Hi @FOUNDUPS!Thank you for submitting your proposal.

After reviewing the proposal, we have decided not to approve it. This idea is innovative, however, we think it is not a fit for the program for two reasons. First, the program this year is focused on teams working on key infra and apps for the Aragon ecosystem. The program right now is not funding specific use cases. Second, the program doesn't fund pre ICO projects. Nest is a grants program and it is not looking for any monetary participation in the projects it funds.

If in the future you are working in something that is a fit for the project, please do not hesitate to apply again.
