Toggle in options for selecting the next letter between best & last speed.

When learning a new letter, you might perform way worse at some unlocked letters than the new one.
But you will never practice the unlocked one as long as you have locked letters.
Thus I believe it might be best to be able to choose to invest effort instead into letters that it took you the most time to type in the previous lesson.
