Find shared DNA between an arbitrary number of individuals

Update find_shared_dna such that it can compute the shared DNA between an arbitrary number of individuals. Related to #2 and #4.
Also, identify genes transcribed from the shared DNA segments. In other words, these would be the genes shared by all individuals.
