Unable to build tensorflow_text from source on M1.

TF text needs to be build from source code like TF addons. I have created the tensorflow team an issue, but they pointed out that this needs to be built by Apple.tensorflow/text#538 What should I do?

This should really be fixed to make TensorFlow useable on mac
