Listen history is being duplicated

Describe the bug
I have noted that as playback continues in a session, Otter will eventually start duplicating submissions to Funkwhale for listening history. This can sometimes result in the same song being listed 5 times in the listening history for just a single play.
How to reproduce
- Play any radio and leave the app in the background
- Use other apps whilst playback is in progress
- Maybe allow the phone to sleep a few times too during playback
- Check back on Otter
- Check listening history on Funkwhale front page.
These steps are not a confirmed method of reproducing the issue, they are just a guideline based on the actions I had taken when I noted this peculiarity.
Expected behavior
App should only submit 1 listen unless the song is restarted.
