Custom tooltip ignored

Starting from version 2.3.2 ApexPointTooltip stopped rendering as if it was not in the markup
Version 2.3.1 worked

Have you cleared the browser cache?
Do you have any errors in the console.

Interesting, I also had to click refresh "Empty cache and hard reload" in my browser.
