[Bug] When using a JDBC link, i cannot read the results of fields of type tinyint and smallint

Steps to reproduce
- Connect to linkis using JDBC
- Read tables with tinyint or smallint type fields
- 使用jdbc方式连接linkis
- 读取有tinyint或者smallint类型字段的表
Expected behavior
Now it will throw an exception and expect to return data normally
现在会抛出异常，期待能够正常返回数据
