[Bug] [Master] Completed tasks cannot be re-executed in a workflow instance

Search before asking
- I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.
What happened
When the task is re-executed in the workflow instance, the status of the task (including history status) cannot be seen , and the task details cannot be seen in the task instance list.

- No task instance record
What you expected to happen
Show the rigth task status ,running->finished
How to reproduce
1.start a workflow normally
2.after finished,re-executed an already completed task
