Refine the ExecuteQuery grpc interface

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.
Currently there's no individual grpc interface for session related operations. It's decoupled with the execute_query interface. It's not good for maintenance.

It's better to decouple them. And add more details if errors occur.
