Remove the prometheus-metrics from the default feature

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.
To collect metrics for prometheus, it may consume additional memory and cpu resources. And it may not necessary for all of the use cases. Therefore, I recommend to remove it from the default feature.
