Inconsistent results at database changes tab

I'm using a fresh CouchDB instance run as a docker container.
I've added some documents to a new database.
The results on the database changes tab are the following:
After hitting F5 a few times, the results change to the following:
Without any modifications to the data in the database, the page shows two different result sets.
Is this normal behavior? Currently, I'm a bit confused.
