[Docs]: etcd should be chosen as the config center for APISIX

Description of the current state/issue:
There should be a minor rectification in apisix-nginx blog as it's mentioned that "etcd was not chosen" as the configuration center for Apache APISIX, whereas it's chosen.

Description of the change you are proposing: Updating it to "chosen" from "not chosen".
