[Bug]: Use the same mysql transaction to handle multiple database operations

What happened?
Although multiple SQLs can be submitted at one time through NestedSqlSession
, they are still divided into multiple transactions on the mysql side. Therefore, if there are multiple SQL operating on the same row of data in a batch of SQL, mutual blocking problems may occur.

I am not sure what the reason is for waiting for the task_runtime table block.
A possible answer is we are trying to delete expired task_runtimes at that time with SQL:
delete from task_runtime where table_id = ? and process_id < ?
Maybe we can check this next time the error occurs.
