Scrolling and Anchor links

Hey Guy's ,
Not sure if it's my coding or the script but when I jump to an anchor on my website: http://christian.benstein.nl like contact or portfolio, it jumps to the anchor pretty good but you can't scroll all the way to the left again.
I tried with Chrome, Firefox and IE10 but it seems to work, even after clicking on contact or portfolio...
It works when you scroll all the way to the right and the back ,but after the anchor link I can't get back to the beginngin.
Also the layout is not responsive on mobile, i can't scroll left or right, I have the feeling I'm forgetting something ...
The panorama plugin will be reworked for v0.7.
Mobile support will come only in v1.0 with Bootstrap 3 as base.
