Deploy a PKGBUILD to the AUR

This package would be in charge of doing the following:

• Having dependencies on docker, docker-compose, and anything else the backend needs
• Installing the docker-compose.yml to a system directory
• Installing the CLI and ensuring it's available through $PATH
