Andrzej, can you clarify what license you're releasing nonre-make under? Is using it in a commercial setting okay?

It's "MIT license" as mentioned briefly in one paragraph on
http://github.com/aostruszka/nonrec-make/wiki
I have not paid much attention to that when I've moved from code.google.com where they had separate attibute for that. Will try to make it more clear.
As for your specific question - sure you can. If you're using it intact then keeping Readme.txt where author and link are mentioned is enough. If you modify it then just state somewhere who the original author is and give a link to github.

I've added copyright notice to Readme.txt (5d2255d) to make it more clear what the license is.
