For that I would need to add an SCSS compiler to Anyrun, and I am not sure how convenient that would be. If there is more demand for this though I'm sure it's doable.

Simply to use my exported SCSS file with all my variables.

You can also always manually use an SCSS compiler to compile your files into plain CSS, which should work as far as I know. Won't be as convenient but would work.
