This project provide a plateform for house/apartment owners to rent their house/room to Paying Guest (PG). PG's can easily visit this site to view facilites provided, search for room availablity.

• Gives complete tour of house virtually
• Realtime checking of room availablity
• Mentions about all facilities provided to paying guest
• Paying guest can pay rent online using our website
• Paying guest can easily download rent receipts
• PG's can hassel free contact house owner

Features for house owner

• We provide dedicated owner login
• Owner can login and manage paying guest
• Owner can map,unmap rooms to PG's
• Owner can manage rent collection easily.
