快速上手里面，最好添加一个完整的脚手架项目

目前文档里面的快速上手，对新手不是很友好。没有完整的项目下载地址，也没有提到对react版本的依赖。需要到例子的codesandbox里面去查看完整的项目。

最好是把项目的脚手架放到github的源码里面
